The firm is recognised as a leader in representing survivors of institutional and sexual abuse, having acted for clients against more than 100 institutions across Australia over the past 15 years. Located in the heart of Sydney's CBD, the firm offers a supportive, high-performing environment with a strong commitment to excellence, compassion, and meaningful client outcomes. The firm has over 25 members and is looking to make at least 3 new hires!
Your new role
This is a rare opportunity to join a high-performing plaintiff practice working directly under the guidance of a highly experienced Special Counsel. You will represent survivors of institutional abuse in complex, sensitive, and high-value litigation. The role offers exposure to nationally significant matters and the chance to make a genuine impact in the lives of clients.
What you'll need to succeed

• 2+ years PAE, ideally with experience in abuse law or plaintiff personal injury
• A genuine passion for advocating on behalf of survivors
• Strong capability in managing complex, high-value matters with professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail
• A commitment to delivering high-quality legal work within a supportive and mission-driven team
