The Company

A global FMCG MNC is looking for a high-caliber Accounting Manager to support the regional finance functions.

The Role

• Manage the full set of regional financial accounting, ensuring accuracy and compliance at all times
• Oversee and review day‑to‑day accounting operations, including journals, balance sheet reconciliations, and statutory reporting
• Lead month‑end and year‑end closing processes within tight timelines
• Prepare and review monthly financial reports for internal and regional stakeholders
• Act as the key point of contact for external auditors, managing audits end‑to‑end
• Handle basic tax and treasury‑related matters, liaising with external advisors where required
• Support system enhancements or ERP migration projects where applicable
• Provide guidance and oversight to junior team members (people management exposure is a plus)

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines; Qualified Accountant
• 6-10 years of total years of experience, ideally with Background in Big 4 / professional services, followed by In‑house experience within a multinational company
• SAP experience is highly preferred; exposure to system implementation or migration projects will be an advantage
• Prior experience from product‑based or consumer goods companies is desirable
• Proven ability to work independently in a structured, multinational environment
• People management or team‑lead exposure is advantageous, but not mandatory
