9-Month Contract | Must have full working rights| CBD Location Your new companyAn established educational institution requires an Administration Officer to their team during a busy period. Working as part of a small, dynamic team, you will be required to act as a Team Assistant to multiple stakeholders to ensure work is completed.
Your new role
- Working with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered in a timely manner.
- Setting up meetings for stakeholders.
- Email management.
- Updating spreadsheets and documents.
- Data entry.
- Assisting with events held.
- Previous experience working in an administration job.
- Confident systems user with knowledge of full Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- 9-Month Contract.
- Work as part of a friendly, supportive team.
- Start ASAP
