Responsibilities:

• Driving Business Outcomes via Data Analytics:
• Data-driven approach to drive business insights and support MIS & Sales management strategy
• Communicate and present findings on Advisory Sales and Products attributes to Management
• Driving productivity by providing critical data points promptly to Management to facilitate decision making process
• Consistently review, keep up-to-date, and formulate Balanced Scorecard Framework to track and measure Investment Team's performance
• Assist Team in preparation for Business Reviews and Strategy discussions
• Using data to test, prove, and disprove any areas of concerns within the business of Investment and Product Teams
• Data Visualisation for Investment Business:
• Utilise digital platform and data visualisation tools to present and breakdown complex insights for business leaders to facilitate decision-making process
• Creation of dashboards with key data points to enable Investment Counsellors to better understand their sales metrics and business models

Requirements:

• 1-3 years relevant working experience in Wealth Management space or Consulting background
• Proficiency in Tableau and MS Excel is highly advantageous
• Knowledge of financial instruments will be preferred
• Some experience in pitching and presenting to stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills
• Strong numeric and analysis skills
