About Our Client

Our client is a reputable organisation within the insurance industry, known for its expertise in the banking and financial services sector.

Currently, they are hiring for an Assistant Manager (Actuarial) to join their team.

Job Description

• Support actuarial valuation in accordance with HKFRS 17;
• Support solvency monitoring under HKRBC and assist in the preparation of ORSA, including Stress and Scenario Testing analyses;
• Contribute to management reporting, experience studies, and assumption reviews;
• Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned; and
• The position is offered on a contract basis, subject to renewal.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, or related disciplines, with good progress in actuarial examinations;
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant actuarial experience;
• Strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Proficient in MS Excel; knowledge of VBA is an advantage; and
• Proactive, adaptable, and attentive to detail.
