About this role
This role is to support respective markets in managing their financial operations effectively and is crucial for ensuring financial stability and supporting strategic decision-making within the organization by delivering accurate data, insightful analysis, and effective problem-solving capabilities.
You will be responsible for the:
- Preparation of monthly management reporting processes (various reports including pre/post-closing, rolling estimates, working capital and cash flow), and decks for related review meetings.
- Support forecasting and planning processes and reporting needs.
- Responsibilities in reporting systems, with a required expertise in financial management.
- Ensure the completeness of profit center/market figures continuously monitoring P&L accounts and investigating inconsistencies.
- Create accurate forecasts based on identified trends in the actuals and information collected from the partners.
- Support finance processes where business judgement is needed, provide accurate, thorough and timely analysis as needs are identified and requested.
Leadership responsibilities:
- Partner with In-market Finance team and FC team
- Partner with business functions to drive business performance through the provision of financial / commercial expertise and insights, to support delivery of the financial targets and an effective control environment
- Partner to the senior collaborators, building great relationships, supporting them with accurate and timely reporting, respond to ad hoc requests to ensure robust strategic planning
- Provide insightful, user-friendly information to support business conversations.
- Ensure that the policies and procedures are understood and followed in the team and in the market as well.
- May provide guidance to new team members or lead workstreams of projects as applicable.
Requirements:
- Degree educated in finance/accounting/business or equivalent experience.
- Proven accounting experience within a global FMCG or dynamic operating environment; shared services experience is advantageous.
- Strong financial and commercial analysis background with demonstrated ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Advanced Excel analytical skills - ability to build, manipulate, and analyze large datasets with speed and accuracy (high‑quality outputs under tight timelines)
- Proficiency in BW, SAP, PowerBI solutions; ability to address system-related challenges effectively.
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills across diverse markets/cultures
- Fluent English language skills.
