Your new role

• Managing a portfolio of payroll outsourcing clients
• Reviewing deliverables and ensuring high-quality, timely payroll services
• Maintaining strong relationships with client stakeholders and internal teams
• Coordinating with regional payroll teams across APAC on cross-border matters
• Analysing client needs and proposing value-added solutions
• Leading, coaching, and supervising payroll team members

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree in HR, Accounting, or a related field
• Payroll experience, ideally within an outsourcing environment
• Strong knowledge of employment regulations, taxation, pension, and related compliance
• Experience managing multiple payrolls or regional/APAC payroll is a plus
• Team leadership or people management experience
• Familiarity with payroll software and system enhancements
