Key Responsibilities

- Oversee and ensure efficient end‑to‑end ETF operations, including basket creation/redemption, trade processing and settlement, cash management and FX dealing, tax accounting and reporting, NAV processing support, and AP/PD coordination and interaction.

- Deal with business partners to ensure process accuracy and effectiveness, regulatory compliance and resolve issues proactively.

- Lead digitalization initiatives including workflow automation, data integration, API connectivity, and tokenization. Design operation model, establish frameworks and controls, document up process workflows.

- Support new products and initiatives which cover authorized funds, private funds and mandates, LPs etc, in different jurisdictions.

- Promote continuous process and control improvements.

Job Requirements

- Minimum 5 years ETF operations or relevant experience from a sizable asset management firm.

- Extensive ETF lifecycle and related operational process knowledge.

- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields.

- Experience with digitalized operating models to support scalable operations.

- Strong understanding of tokenization.

- Python knowledge preferred.

- Strong communication skills in English, Cantonese, Mandarin.

- Team leader and Team player, detail-oriented and open to changes, able to work under pressure.

Candidates with less experience may be considered for Assistant Manager.
