Description

• Manage daily margin calls, including:
• Notification, confirmation, and settlement.
• Reconciliation and dispute resolution.
• Monitoring counterparty behaviour and addressing margin call discrepancies.
• Set up contracts in internal systems.
• Perform regular daily controls to ensure operational accuracy.
• Assist the team lead in overseeing day-to-day activities.
• Collaborate with relevant departments, including client-facing teams, to set up client desks and issue Mark-to-Market statements.
• Address and follow up on client queries.
• Handle audit confirmations for capital market transactions.
• Support the team lead in executing cross-team projects and global initiatives.
• Assist with system upgrades, enhancements, and UAT testing.
• Participate in drafting or updating operational procedures.
• Identify and manage operational risks while promptly escalating issues to management.

• Bachelor degree holder.
• 3+ years of experience in collateral management.
• Strong sense of alertness and urgency in handling tasks.
• Solid understanding of financial products and operational workflows.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese.
