A leading hedge fund focusing on global technology investments is seeking an Operations professional to join its expanding Hong Kong office. Responsibilities

• Perform daily operational duties including trade capture, reconciliation, settlement, and P&L reporting.
• Support NAV preparation and ensure the accuracy of operational and financial data.
• Coordinate fund accounting and investor reporting tasks in collaboration with internal and external parties.
• Assist in regulatory and compliance reporting requirements.
• Work closely with portfolio managers, traders, and technology teams to streamline operational processes and controls.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English is mandatory.
• Solid understanding and hands-on experience in fund operations within hedge funds or asset management firms.
• 2 to 12 years' relevant experience , with title and level commensurate with experience.
• Familiarity with portfolio management systems such as Bloomberg, Enfusion, WIND, FactSet, MSCI Barra, Arcana, or Axioma.
• Knowledge of Python, C++ , or other programming languages is an advantage.
• Professional designations such as CFA, CPA, FRM, PRM, or CAIA will be viewed favorably.
• Strong attention to detail, self-motivation, and ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
