Most Business Analyst roles talk about "impact." Few deliver it.

This is a newly created position where you'll sit at the centre of the business where you'll be working directly with the CFO to turn data into decisions that genuinely shape performance.

You won't just build reports.
You'll help answer questions like: Are we pricing correctly? Where are we losing margin? How can we improve operational efficiency? What should we do differently tomorrow?

This is a role for someone who wants to understand how a business really works: not just report on it.

You'll join a business with strong foundations, clear values, and a focus on continuous improvement.

This is a broad role that blends commercial analysis, systems improvement, and business partnering.

• Analyse financial, operational, pricing and contract data to identify trends and opportunities
• Build dashboards and reports (Power BI or similar) to support decision-making
• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and improve business processes
• Drive system improvements, automation and better use of data
• Support pricing, costing, and commercial analysis
• Assist with project delivery, stakeholder communication and change initiatives

You'll bring:

• CA / CPA qualified ideally
• 3 - 5+ years' experience in a Business Analyst / Data Analyst or similar role
• Strong capability with Power BI (or similar visualisation tools)
• Solid Excel skills and confidence working with large datasets
• Experience analysing financial and operational data
• Ability to translate business needs into practical solutions

You'll also be:

• A strong communicator who can engage with stakeholders at all levels
• Naturally curious: you ask "why?" and challenge assumptions
• Comfortable working autonomously in a dynamic environment
• Detail-oriented, but able to see the bigger picture
