Claims MI Analyst, London

A leading international insurer is seeking an experienced Analyst to join their team in London. This role is central to producing clear, accurate and timely reporting that supports senior leaders in making well-informed decisions. You will work closely with the head of the function to prepare detailed reporting packs for internal committees and management forums, while also developing dashboards and analytical tools that bring meaningful insight to the claims function.

What you'll be doing

• Producing consistent, high-quality reports and analysis that highlight performance trends, risks and improvement opportunities.
• Investigating claims data in depth to identify patterns, emerging themes and areas needing attention.
• Supporting the design and delivery of reporting strategies and contributing to the enhancement of internal systems and processes.
• Safeguarding data integrity and ensuring all information used for decision-making is accurate, reliable and compliant with regulatory expectations.
• Contributing to audits, reviews, due-diligence exercises and wider business projects.

What you'll bring

• Strong analytical and reporting skills, with experience turning complex data into meaningful insight.
• A solid understanding of the insurance sector, particularly in relation to claims operations and oversight.
