Our client is one of the largest and leading securities brokerage in the region. They are currently looking for a Client Onboarding & Periodic Review (Senior Manager) to support the Head of Department in overseeing end-to-end client onboarding and periodic review activities. This role is critical in ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and a seamless client experience across individual and corporate segments.
Job Description
- Support the Head of Department in overseeing the full client onboarding and periodic review lifecycle, ensuring high quality and operational efficiency.
- Act as the direct line manager for the Individual, Corporate, and Periodic Review Team Leads.
- Lead, coach, and develop teams by setting clear performance expectations, monitoring progress, and providing continuous feedback.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (e.g. Sales, Product, Back Office) and external vendors to deliver a smooth and coordinated onboarding experience.
- Ensure all onboarding and periodic review activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal AML/KYC and compliance policies.
- Draft, review, and maintain departmental policies and SOPs to support regulatory compliance and operational effectiveness.
- Identify process gaps and operational inefficiencies; design and implement improvements to enhance productivity and service quality.
- Track key performance metrics and evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives.
- Prepare and present monthly management reports, including data analysis, trend identification, and performance insights.
To succeed in this role, you should ideally possess the following:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accountancy or relevant discipline
- At least 5 years of hands on client onboarding, KYC, and AML experience, preferably within a brokerage
- Strong people management experience and comfortable leading a team
- Solid understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance standards relevant to client onboarding and periodic reviews.
- A leadership role with high visibility and direct impact on client experience and regulatory outcomes.
