Description
Key Responsibilities:- Thoroughly investigate and resolve customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure all complaints are handled in compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
- Liaise with various departments to gather necessary information and provide comprehensive responses.
- Maintain accurate records of complaints and resolutions.
- Prepare detailed reports and present findings to senior management.
- Identify trends and recommend improvements to processes and customer service practices.
Requirements:
- At least 2 - 5 years experience in a complaints handling role, preferably within the financial services, fintech/ crypto sectors.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
