A leading global investment bank is seeking a Compliance Advisory professional to join its Global Markets Compliance team in Paris. This is a high-visibility role supporting front-office activities across a broad range of asset classes in a fast-paced, international environment.

In this role, you will act as a trusted partner to the business, providing day-to-day regulatory advice and oversight across sales and trading activities. You will play a key role in ensuring compliance with European and global regulatory requirements while supporting the bank's commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide real-time compliance advisory support to Global Markets businesses (Sales, Trading, Structuring).
• Advise on regulations including MiFID II, MAR, EMIR, PRIIPs, market conduct and product governance.
• Review and challenge new products, transactions, and business initiatives.
• Support regulatory change projects and implementation of new rules.
• Liaise with regulators, internal stakeholders, and global compliance teams.
• Contribute to policies, procedures, training, and monitoring activities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Compliance Advisory within Global Markets at an investment bank or equivalent financial institution.
• Strong knowledge of European financial markets regulation (MiFID II essential).
• Understanding of market abuse, conflicts of interest, and conduct risk.
• Ability to engage confidently with senior front-office stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English is essential.
