Description
Key ResponsibilitiesCompliance & Regulatory
- Lead and manage all compliance matters in line with MAS regulations, particularly LFMC requirements
- Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures
- Act as the primary liaison with MAS and other regulatory bodies
- Conduct compliance monitoring, reviews, and risk assessments
- Provide regulatory advice to internal stakeholders on Singapore compliance requirements
- Ensure timely and accurate regulatory filings and reporting
Corporate Secretarial
- Oversee corporate secretarial matters for Singapore entities
- Coordinate board meetings, prepare minutes, and maintain statutory registers
- Ensure compliance with local corporate governance and statutory requirements
- Liaise with external corporate secretarial service providers where applicable
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 6 - 8 years of relevant compliance experience within asset management, private equity, or financial services
- Strong hands-on experience with MAS regulations, particularly LFMC framework
- Solid understanding of Singapore corporate governance and corporate secretarial practices
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, international environment
