As part of our continued offline expansion, we are looking for a Construction Project Manager who is proactive, detail-oriented, and a strong leader to oversee store development projects nationwide.Job Description & Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the construction and building process, working closely with interior designers, contractors, and internal teams to develop timelines and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Review project scopes, set budgets, and lead tender processes
• Negotiate with contractors and suppliers to achieve optimal cost, quality, and timelines
• Monitor project progress and resolve issues that may impact delivery
• Prepare regular project reports and updates for management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 3-4 years of relevant experience in construction or project management
• Strong skills in negotiation, budgeting, and project coordination
• Excellent analytical abilities with confidence communicating in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Positive attitude with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
