***CORPORATE GOVERNANCE & BOARD SECRETARY*** A leading international bank requires an experienced corporate governance/company secretary to join their busy team in the West End to work as a strategic advisor to the Board and senior managementDuties & Responsibilities of a Corporate Governance/Board Secretary
- Maintaining corporate governance policy frameworks
- Monitoring the potential impact of new regulations
- Maintaining statutory registers and improving governance processes and documentation
- Overseeing Audit/Risk/Remuneration committees and recording AGM requirements.
Qualities & Attributes needed to be a Corporate Governance/Board Secretary
You will have a minimum of 2-4 years' experience coupled with a solid understanding of the PRA and FCA rules and the ability to deliver Board and Committee materials. Salary £80-85K plus benefits. Hybrid working available - 4 days a week in the office and 1 day working from home. Please contact me for more details.
