Job Description

• Support the team in operational and strategic planning activities.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Assist in the monitoring and tracking of key performance indicators for the department.
• Update marketing collateral and presentation materials with deal and business updates.
• Provide administrative support for ad-hoc projects and initiatives within the team.
• Identify areas for improvement and suggest actionable solutions to enhance business outcomes.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelors degree in relevant field.
• Previous experience in banking, financial services, or professional services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint will be advantageous.
• A proactive and adaptable mindset to handle dynamic work environments.
