Your new role
You will support customers through phone, email, and chat-guiding them through account setup, system navigation, and trading functions. You will also analyze recurring inquiries, contribute to workflow improvement, and participate in service enhancement initiatives, including those utilizing advanced AI systems. This position is based on a 24-hour shift schedule.
