About Our Client

Our client is one of the largest American investment banks, headquartered in New York City. They are now looking for a DCM Syndicate Support Analyst to join the Debt Capital Markets Syndicate team within Global Capital Markets (GCM) in Hong Kong to handle transaction management, deals documentation, post deal closing administrative processes including deals settlement and revenue booking. GCM serves as a nexus between Investment Banking and Sales & Trading and they comprise traditional market coverage and underwriting groups, as well as a number of product groups focused on providing customized capital structure solutions for their clients.

Job Description

• Responsible for transaction management, deals documentation according to internal requirements, supporting the team through data management and working through internal processes
• Assist in post deal closing including deal settlement and revenue booking and other administrative processes
• Act as the primary contact for maintenance of the Syndicate database
• Work with the team in providing market updates and commentary

The Successful Applicant

• Master's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance or relevant discipline
• 2+ years of working experience in sales/ trade support in DCM within banking industry
• Strong knowledge in debt capital markets concepts and strong numerical data analysis skills
• Highly attentive to details and strong organization skills
• Excellent English communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
• Able to work under pressure and able to multi-task in a fast paced environment
