Description

Responsibilities

• Work closely with DCM Analysts and Associates to facilitate the launch and execution of debt transactions specifically within the Greater China market.
• Act as a bridge between internal desks, including fixed income sales, trading, and research, to monitor credit trends and synthesize investor sentiment.
• Engage regularly with investment banking coverage groups and public-side fixed income professionals to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Create and interpret financial models and prepare pitch books for client presentations.
• Build and analyze complex financial models and take a lead role in crafting pitch materials for prospective clients.
• Support the team in developing business strategies for specific sectors within DCM products.
• Active participation in internal strategy sessions and client-facing meetings, including presenting designated portions of the pitch.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field
• 1 year or above of work experience in Debt Capital Markets or similar position
• Strong knowledge of financial concepts and ability to analyze businesses
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
