My client is seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead global regulatory licensing and market expansion across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas. This role drives end-to-end licensing strategy, regulatory engagement, and cross-functional execution to support the growth of our fintech and digital asset businesses.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle licensing efforts for new markets, entities, and products
• Design regulatory strategies and expansion roadmaps aligned with business goals
• Provide guidance on optimal licensing structures to accelerate market entry
• Collaborate closely with Product, Legal, Compliance, InfoSec, and Operations on submission packages
• Manage all communication, queries, and timelines with regulators globally
• Develop internal playbooks, governance frameworks, and best practices for future licensing initiatives

Ideal Background

• 8+ years of experience in fintech, payments, or financial services
• Strong working knowledge of regulatory frameworks across multiple jurisdictions
• Demonstrated ability to run complex, cross-border licensing or regulatory projects
• Excellent communication skills with both regulators and senior stakeholders
• Experience in legal, compliance, or regulatory advisory preferred
