Our client is a growing BeNeLux-headquartered private markets investment firm with a collaborative, entrepreneurial culture. They are looking for a Dutch-speaking Analyst to join their investor relations team. The team is lean and offers exposure to the full fundraising lifecycle from supporting fund launches through to managing ongoing communications with investors and material production. It is an excellent time to join a growing, successful organisation. What the job involves

• Prepare key investor materials, including PPMs, DDQs, investor presentations, and tailored investor content
• Manage and coordinate investor due diligence processes, including DDQ/RFP completion and responses to ad hoc investor queries
• Assist with investor reporting and preparation for investor meetings and AGMs
• Work closely with senior team members on ad hoc projects and strategic initiatives
• Build exposure to investors and broader investor relations responsibilities over time

Who we are looking for

• Experience within private markets, asset management or investment banking (e.g. financial sponsors or capital markets teams)
• Fluent Dutch and excellent English language skills are essential
• Strong organisational and project management skills with high attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with senior stakeholders
• Based in Amsterdam or a Dutch speaker currently abroad with clear plans to relocate
