A Top 15 Accounting Practice is searching for an Employment Tax Senior Manager to join their team located in Central London

This is an exciting opportunity to join as a key stakeholder in a growing Employment Tax team that is receiving considerable support and investment from Senior Partners / the Business. You will help shape the strategy, development and long term growth of the team, as well as strengthening internal relationships and increasing market share through business development and marketing.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Manage and oversee compliance for a portfolio of clients, including PAYE health checks and settlement agreements, P11Ds and CIS
• Draft/review/deliver technical advisory reports for clients on a wide range of employment tax matters
• Provide strategic advice to clients, identifying and mitigating risks, and delivering practical solutions
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UK employment tax legislation and HMRC guidance
• Lead on client meetings, presentations, and training sessions
• Lead on business development initiatives, including proposal writing and attending networking events
• Deliver coaching and technical guidance to junior colleagues

You'll be ATT, CTA or ACA qualified with demonstrable experience as a Senior Manager in an Employment Tax team, where you may have also gained in-house experience.
