Role: ERP Business Analyst - Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (m/f/d)

For one of our clients, we are looking for a ERP Business Analyst - Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (m/f/d).

Your responsibilities:

• Analyze, design, and optimize business processes within the standard areas of Business Central
• Translate business requirements into clear, actionable concepts
• Prepare process documentation, user stories, and specifications for the BC development team
• Configure technical aspects in Business Central (e.g., workflows, roles, and permissions) in coordination with the ERP team
• Support ERP rollouts at national and international sites
• Handle support monitoring, prioritization, and analysis in close cooperation with the ERP team, key users, and external partners
• Monitor interfaces (e.g., EDI, scanners, CAD) and escalate issues as needed

• Support data migration, master data quality, and integration challenges
• Conduct user training and develop best practices, process standards, and documentation

We are looking for:

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) - ideally across multiple modules
• Good understanding of end-to-end business processes in an industrial environment (e.g., order processing, production, warehouse logistics)
• Experience in ERP projects, rollouts, or migration projects
• Strong analytical skills and enjoyment of structured process work
• Advantageous: experience with interfaces (API, EDI), Microsoft Power Platform, or BC add-ons
• Excellent communication skills, independent working style, and strong problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in German and English, both written and spoken
