Your new role

• Schedule coordination and meeting room booking
• Domestic and international travel arrangements
• Expense processing and event coordination
• Organisational support and administrative tasks
• Act as a trusted partner to leadership in a fast-paced environment

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience in assistant or secretarial roles
• Strong coordination and multitasking skills
• Native-level Japanese and working proficiency in English
• Proficiency in MS Word and PowerPoint
• Ability to work collaboratively and maintain professionalism under pressure
• Experience supporting executives in professional firms
