Description
Job Responsibilities- Assist in the origination and execution of project finance, M&A finance, aircraft and vessel finance transactions across Hong Kong and Asia Pacific region
- Prepare pitching materials, financing proposals, etc.
- Assist in the due diligence, structuring, arranging, and syndication of project finance, M&A finance, aircraft and vessel finance transactions
- Liaise with coverage teams, customers, legal counsels, banks and other professional advisors and manage documentation processes
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Banking/Business/Finance/Law or related disciplines
- Professional qualifications (e.g., CPA, CFA, legal certification) are preferred
- Minimum of 8 years' relevant work experience
- Ability to handle complex transactions
- Good financial modeling skills and / or technical knowledge
- Good understanding of PRC regulatory policies for cross-border investment and financing, and Asia Pacific loan markets
- Confidence in interacting with counterparts at all levels
- Occasional business travels required
