The ideal candidate will be a well-trained FIG banker at Associate level.

You will be working in an investment bank, boutique, Big 4 FIG M&A team or corporate M&A team.

You will be seeking an ambitious and dynamic team with a strong track record and primed for future growth.

Responsibilities will centre on:

• You will be responsible for the management of live transactions
• You will oversee the teams production of marketing presentations, Information Memoranda and other transaction documentation etc
• Begin to take a lead role in developing strategic ideas for clients
• Providing support to senior professionals with the development/maintaining of client relationships and new business generation
