Morgan McKinley is working in partnership with a leading organisation in Bath to recruit an experienced Finance Business Partner on a 12-month fixed term contract. We're looking for someone who can bring strong end-to-end management accounting expertise along with proven experience in finance business partnering. You'll be working closely with stakeholders across the organisation, so confidence in communicating financial insights and building effective relationships is key.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing full end-to-end management accounts
• Business partnering with operational teams to provide insightful financial analysis
• Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes
• Helping drive commercial decision-making through clear financial reporting
• Working collaboratively with a friendly and high-performing finance team

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in management accounts and finance business partnering is essential
• Open on qualifications - the right personality and team fit are just as important
• Someone who can start within four weeks or sooner
• Confident, proactive, and able to communicate clearly with non-finance stakeholders
