Salary:

We are working with a global manufacturing company to appoint a Finance Business Partner within its trading business. This is a dynamic, internationally focused role with regular exposure to regional stakeholders, including approximately 50% travel to Europe.

You will play a key role in supporting business performance through financial analysis, including monitoring KPIs, reviewing monthly results, and providing insights into key variances and cost drivers. Partnering closely with business leaders, you will help identify risks and opportunities while supporting decision-making across the organization. The role also involves strengthening processes and controls, through identifying gaps, assessing risks, and driving improvement initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance workflows, ensure compliance, and support the implementation of effective solutions aligned with business objectives.

This is a highly interactive role suited for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, dynamicl environment, with strong stakeholder engagement and a focus on continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree in accounting and finance. He/she brings at least 8 years of relevant FP&A Business Partnering experience, ideally within Supply Chain finance.
