Finance Director

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Business Partnering

1. Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing financial insights to support strategic and operational decisions.
2. Drive business strategy through financial analysis, modelling, and performance evaluation.
3. Assess new business opportunities, investments, and strategic initiatives to support sustainable growth.

Financial Leadership & Performance Management

1. LeadFP&A activities , including annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning.
2. Delivertimely and accurate financial reporting in line withUS GAAP and corporate standards .
3. Develop and monitorKPIs, variance analysis, and financial performance metrics across regional sites.
4. Promote strong financial discipline and data-driven decision making across leadership teams.

Controllership & Governance

1. Overseemonthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes .
2. Ensure the integrity of financial statements, internal controls, and compliance withcorporate governance and regulatory requirements .
3. Managetax, treasury, statutory reporting, and external audits .
4. Partner with HQ finance teams to align withglobal policies and reporting standards .

Operational Excellence

1. Drive initiatives to improveoperational efficiency, profitability, and working capital performance .
2. SupportLean and continuous improvement programs across operations.
3. Enhance inventory management, standard costing, and productivity tracking.
4. Leveragefinancial analytics and system automation to improve reporting efficiency.

Leadership & Team Development

1. Lead and develop ahigh-performing regional finance team .
2. Foster a culture ofintegrity, collaboration, and continuous improvement .
3. Strengthen cross-functional collaboration withOperations, Commercial, and Supply Chain teams .

Requirements

1. Significantsenior finance leadership experience in a multinational manufacturing environment (>$100M turnover).
2. Strong knowledge ofUS GAAP and SOX-controlled environments .
3. Broad finance expertise acrossFP&A, controllership, tax, treasury, statutory compliance, and internal controls .
4. Proven ability toinfluence senior stakeholders and drive business performance .
5. Experience leading and developing finance teams.
6. StrongERP and financial systems knowledge , with exposure to automation and process improvement.
7. Analytical, commercially minded, and highly collaborative leader.

Education

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
2. CPA, MBA, or equivalent professional qualification is advantageous
