Our client, a prestigious global financial institution, is seeking an agile Finance professional as aFinance Transformation Specialist to join their expanding Finance Operations team. This is a high-visibility 12 months contract role focusing on critical system transformations, UAT management, and Oracle system maintenance.

As aFinance Transformation Specialist , you will bridge the gap between Finance and IT to ensure seamless system integration and data integrity. Your core mission involves:

1. Driving UAT Excellence: Leading the end-to-end testing lifecycle for new product launches and campaign systems, from logging discrepancies to coordinating executive-level progress reports.
2. Systems Architecture (COA): Managing the Oracle Chart of Accounts (COA) interface, ensuring data flow accuracy and resolving complex interface issues.
3. Stakeholder Synergy: Acting as the primary liaison between IT, Finance users, and project leads to troubleshoot bottlenecks and refine financial processes.
4. Agile Project Support: Assisting with high-priority ad-hoc initiatives within the Finance department to support the broader business transformation.

To qualify for this role as aFinance Transformation Specialist , you possess:-

1. Industry Expertise: Minimum 3 years of experience within financial services sector (banking / insurance / asset managers / others).
2. Project Pedigree: Proven track record in Finance Transformation, system migrations, or large-scale UAT environments.
3. Technical Savvy: Functional knowledge ofOracle Accounting Systems (specifically COA maintenance) is preferred but not a must.
4. Educational Background: Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, or a Business-related discipline.
5. Mindset: A detail-oriented problem solver who excels under tight deadlines and can navigate logical complexities in a fast-paced environment.
