Description
FP&A Manager - Real Estate Developer in UAE.The position will be reporting to the CFO
Responsible for financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis to support strategic and operational decision-making.
Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports
Perform variance analysis (Actuals vs Budget/Forecast/Prior Period)
Support automation and system enhancements (ERP, BI tools, planning systems)
Someone from a background of Real Estate / Hospitality having covered:
- Feasibility models
- Development lifecycle exposure
- Pre-launch planning
- Construction-to-completion cash flows
- Sales strategy / pricing / off-plan revenue models
- Development ROI modelling
- Hospitality P&L exposure
- Commercial FP&A around pipeline, sales launches, unit economics
