Head of Compliance - Fintech Lending (Berlin/Frankfurt)

I'm hiring for a fintech company in the SME lending space! It is a leadership role where you'll manage a small team and own the full suite of compliance topics, including:

• GDPR & Data Protection

• Fincrime Prevention

• KYC / KYB

• Regulatory Reporting & Controls

• Responsable du Contrôle for the Luxembourg entity

Experience

• Mid-to-senior level in compliance within lending or fintech.

• Broad compliance scope rather than deep specialization, comfortable owning all compliance topics

• Proven ability to lead and develop a small team

• Banking experience is not essential; we value agility and fintech mindset over heavily regulated backgrounds.
