Job Purpose & Objectives

Maintaining the financial health and stability of the branch

Key Responsibilities

• Annual budget preparation

• Annual Audit report preparation and monitoring

• Compliance with all Financial policies and Taxation policies

• Monitor local Regulatory reporting, internal Financial Reporting and Taxation reporting

• Internal control and Operational Risk management of the Finance team

• Offer financial and tax supporting for new products

• Lead and manage the finance team

• Maintain sound communication and coordination with all departments

Job Specifications

Qualification & Experience

• Degree holder in International Trade/Business Administration/Finance

• Over 10 years relevant experience in foreign bank

• Over 6 years manager and team leader experience

Knowledge & Skills

• PC literacy: MS office suite, advance Excel user: macros,

• Good knowledge and familiar with China banking regulations, reporting system, regulatory ratios and banking practices

Language

• Native Mandarin required

• Good command of written and spoken English required

• Spanish is an advantage

Other Skills (e.g. Interpersonal, Communication etc)

• Strong analytical capabilities

• Able to work in a matrix reporting structure, multi-functional and cross-cultural environment

• Well-organized and meticulous in details

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to work under pressure
