Our client is a well-established healthcare organisation in the region. As the organisation continues to expand its footprint and complexity, it is seeking an experienced Head of Finance to lead its finance function and support strategic decision-making.

The Head of Finance will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end finance function across the organisation's healthcare operations. This role will provide strategic and operational financial leadership, ensuring robust financial control, compliance, reporting accuracy, and effective support to senior management and key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full finance function, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, and statutory compliance.
• Oversee financial operations across multiple legal entities, ensuring consistency, control, and alignment with group policies.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives, growth initiatives, and operational efficiency.
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and capital expenditure planning.
• Establish and maintain strong internal controls and financial governance frameworks.
• Partner with senior management and operational leaders to provide financial insights, analysis, and decision support.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, healthcare-specific financial requirements, and applicable accounting standards.
• Liaise with external auditors, regulators, and other key stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, systems, and reporting capabilities.
• Lead technical areas such as consolidation, revenue recognition, and financial modelling for healthcare services (technical responsibility).

Qualifications & Experience

• Professional accounting qualification such as CA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience within a finance function, including senior leadership roles.
• Prior experience in the healthcare sector or a closely related regulated industry is strongly preferred.
• Proven experience managing finance across multiple entities or business units.
• Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards, financial controls, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience working in multi-entity structures.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
