Main Responsibilities:
• Formulate and drive trading initiatives to achieve revenue targets. Actively manage the trading book and execute trades in interest rate derivatives and securities.
• Oversee the management of the interest rate risk, liquidity risk and credit risk arising from trading business. Ensure all positions are within approved limits and comply with both internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Provide market making, liquidity and pricing for interest rate products, including government bonds and derivatives.
• Lead, mentor and develop the trading team, improving technical skills in quantitative modeling and market analysis.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance client relationships (both internal and external), develop new products and capture market opportunities.
• Ensure all trading activities adhere to firm-wide risk policies, compliance rules and regulatory standards.

Requirements:
• Minimum 8 or more years of relevant experience in trading Interest Rates Derivatives and Fixed Income products, especially HKD, RMB & USD
• Strong technical knowledge in trading with track record in delivering revenue target
• Great sense of ownership, discipline with strong control mindset
• Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
• University degree in Business, Finance, Mathematics or a related discipline
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese
