What the job involves

• As Head of M&A, you will be responsible for driving the group's inorganic growth strategy and managing the full transaction lifecycle
• You will work closely with the executive leadership team and the shareholder to identify, evaluate and execute acquisition opportunities
• You will play a key role in shaping the future footprint of the group and ensuring successful integration of new businesses
• Further development and execution of the company's buy-and-build strategy
• Identification, assessment and prioritisation of potential acquisition targets
• Management of end-to-end M&A processes, including valuation, due diligence and negotiations
• Preparation of investment cases and presentation materials for senior management and shareholders
• Coordination of internal and external stakeholders throughout the transaction process
• Support and monitoring of post-merger integration to ensure value creation

Who we are looking for

• We are seeking a commercially driven and analytically strong M&A professional with the ability to operate in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment
• Multiple years of experience in M&A, corporate development, private equity or investment banking
• Proven track record in executing mid-market transactions
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
• Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach
• High level of ownership, resilience and execution focus
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluency in German and English
