Description
Working Conditions• Location: Medellín, Colombia.
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am - 5:00 pm (Colombia time).

Position Overview
• The Project Manager reports to the Director of Strategic Integration & Special Projects.
• Key role in driving Allevio's growth by ensuring smooth integration of acquired practices and supporting strategic projects.
• Manage departmental workflows, enforce accountability with cross-functional leaders, and keep affiliate practices informed on integration progress.
Key Responsibilities
• Integration Support: Maintain and update workflows in Allevio's project management platform (Monday.com), ensure department leads meet timelines, co-lead integration meetings, provide updates to Affiliate Practice Leaders, identify and escalate risks.
• Special Projects: Support high-priority initiatives outside integration phases, assist in developing project management frameworks, take ownership of cross-functional initiatives by quickly mastering new areas, partner with company leaders to drive projects aligned with company priorities and EBITDA impact.
• Project Management & Accountability: Develop and track project plans with milestones, monitor KPIs, facilitate communication between teams and stakeholders, prepare meeting agendas and follow-ups, support change management with clear updates.
Skills & Qualifications -** Proven experience in the healthcare industry.**
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, or related field.
• ENGLISH ADVANCED
• 3-5 years of project management or operations experience ( in the healthcare industry).
• Proficient with project management tools (Monday.com, Asana, Smartsheet) and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid).
• Strong organizational skills; capable of managing multiple projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident interacting with executives and external stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
