An HR Advisor role, working for a global business, services provider Your new company
You will be working in a global services provider business based in Sydney CBD. This is an agile and growing company that values collaboration, transparency and creativity.

Your new role
In this role you'll play a key role in delivering HR initiatives locally while partnering with global stakeholders.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing employee relations and providing HR advice to leaders
• Driving HR initiatives from the global team and ensuring local implementation
• Supporting talent attraction and onboarding
• Coordinating performance and remuneration reviews
• Handling ER case management, including investigations and outcomes
• Advising on policy and compliance matters
• Supporting organizational change projects, including restructures and redundancies
• Maintaining accurate HR records and reporting
• Acting as the first point of contact for all HR queries in Sydney

This is a hands-on role where you'll need to roll up your sleeves and take on varied duties as required.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience in HR advisory or generalist roles
• Strong knowledge of ER processes and Australian employment legislation
• Ability to work independently in a standalone capacity
• Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
• A proactive, adaptable approach in a fast-paced, agile environment
• High level of integrity and confidentiality
• Tertiary qualifications in HR or a related field
