Permanent opportunity based in Perth CBDMy client is seeking a dynamic HR Business Partner Team Leader to lead a team of HR professionals in delivering strategic and operational HR partnering to support their organisational goals.

• Lead, coach and inspire the HRBP team to deliver consistent, high-quality HR support.
• Provide expert guidance and act as the escalation point for complex or sensitive HR matters.
• Ensure compliance with workplace legislation, enterprise agreements, and internal policies.
• Partner with senior leaders to strengthen capability and enable effective people management.
• Collaborate across the People function to align initiatives and solve organisational challenges.
• Support strategic projects and business initiatives
• Build trusted relationships with leaders and stakeholders to understand and respond to business needs.
• Champion continuous improvement in HR service delivery and partnering effectiveness.

What You Need To Succeed

• Tertiary qualifications in HR, Employee Relations or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Extensive senior HR experience in a complex medium-to-large organisation.
• Strong technical knowledge of workplace legislation (Fair Work Act, WHS Act) and enterprise agreements.
• Proven experience in leading, coaching and developing teams in a formal leadership capacity.
• Advanced communication and influencing skills across all organisational levels, including Executive.
• Demonstrated ability to contribute to HR strategy and execute impactful plans.
