We are working with a growing, entrepreneurial real estate investment and asset management platform seeking an Investment Analyst to join its expanding UK team. The business has an established portfolio across the South East and is entering a significant growth phase, with ambitious plans to scale assets under management and evolve into an institutional-grade platform. The role is hybrid with offices in London and Kent.

The role offers exposure across the full investment lifecycle, including acquisitions, asset management, and portfolio strategy. The successful candidate will support financial modelling, underwriting, due diligence, and investment committee materials, while also contributing to pipeline management and capital raising initiatives.

You will work closely with senior leadership on active transactions and asset-level initiatives, gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Candidates should have 2-5 years of relevant investment experience in real estate, with strong financial modelling and analytical skills. A solid understanding of commercial real estate fundamentals is essential, with exposure to operational assets (e.g. BTR, co-working, flexible offices, student housing, hotels, self-storage) considered advantageous. Backgrounds may include real estate investment or asset management, or roles within real estate advisory or consultancy.
