Job Description

• Conduct in-depth research, financial analysis, and due diligence on prospective investment opportunities.
• Prepare comprehensive investment reports, presentations, and periodic updates for stakeholders.
• Support the execution of real estate transactions across various stages.
• Build and maintain financial models to evaluate investment performance and feasibility.
• Track market trends, assess sector performance, and manage assets within the investment portfolio.
• Liaise with external professionals including legal advisors, agents, property managers, and tenants to ensure smooth operations.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or Statistics from a top-tier university; Master's degree or CFA designation is preferred.
• Strong analytical capabilities, both quantitative and qualitative.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in investment or real estate sectors.
• Proficient in financial modeling and creating impactful PowerPoint presentations.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Putonghua; Japanese language skills are an advantage.
• Highly responsible with strong multitasking abilities.
• Solid understanding of real estate investment principles is a plus.
• Must possess valid work authorization for Hong Kong.
• Willingness to travel as required.
