• Manage and enhance the organization's range of multi-asset products.
• Solid understanding of market positioning and competitive dynamics.
• Lead the development and innovation of multi-asset solutions, including fund launches and restructures, acting as a key liaison for new product initiatives and revamps.
• Ensure multi-asset products are fairly priced, balancing customer value with long-term profitability objectives for the business.
• Monitor regulatory developments impacting investment funds, advisory, and discretionary solutions, and collaborate with relevant teams to implement necessary changes.
• Partner with product and investment teams to define bespoke mandate specifications and tailored client solutions.
• Support product governance processes as required, including assisting with pricing discussions and negotiations.
• Provide in-depth expertise on discretionary portfolio management processes and fund strategies

• Prior experience in a multi-asset investment role, such as product specialist, sales, fund research, portfolio management, or institutional consulting.
• Familiarity with working in a global organization and navigating the complexities of an international business environment.
• Strong knowledge of MPF and insurance-related products.
• CFA certification or equivalent postgraduate investment qualification.
• A high level of motivation and the ability to work independently.
• Fluency in Cantonese and English, with Mandarin proficiency being an advantage.
