For our client, PE investment firm in London, we are seeking an Investment Associate.

Posizione

The ideal candidate is a highly skilled and motivated professional who will participate in all phases of investment activities, including transaction origination, execution, portfolio monitoring, investor interaction, and exit processes.

Among core activities:

• Perform industry research and market analysis to assess trends, competitive dynamics, and growth opportunities
• Build detailed financial models, including operating models, business plans, and valuation analyses
• Conduct company valuation using different methodologies (LBO, DCF, trading comparables, transaction comparables)
• Prepare investment memoranda, presentations, and supporting materials for internal decision-making and external stakeholders
• Support execution of transactions, coordinating due diligence processes and project activities
• Monitor portfolio company performance and prepare regular reporting for senior management
• Assist in fundraising activities and investor documentation
• Support portfolio companies in strategic and financial analysis when required

Requisiti

• Minimum 2-4 years of full-time experience in one of the following areas: Private Equity, Investment Banking / M&A, Corporate Finance, Management Consulting.
• Experience in Consumer, Retail, Luxury, Industrial or Business Services is a plus.
• Strong academic background in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or Engineering, with solid financial skills
• Strong ability to build financial models from scratch, including LBO, Business Plans, DCF, and Comparable Analysis
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Additional languages will be considered a plus
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
