Description
We are now working with one of the top US private debt funds. They have a fantastic track record of lending directly to European corporates and have a great track record in the sector.They fund acquisitions, expansion capital, restructurings, LBO and working capital finance.
They are now looking to hire an Investment Associate to work on the origination and execution of deals for the fund.
The role will work on
- Identification and origination of investments for the fund
- Due diligence and analysis of loans and deals, preparing reports for the Partners
- Regular interaction with management teams of portfolio companies
- Financial modelling and valuations
- Deal structuring and execution
- Monitor existing investments
They are interested in meeting people who will have a background as follows:
- Private debt/ credit professionals from other funds
- Associate level professionals with leveraged finance/ credit/ M&A teams
