Investor Relations/Fundraising Manager (m/f/x)

Your responsibilities

As an Investor Relations/Fundraising Manager (m/f/x) , your tasks will focus on the following areas:

• Primary point of contact for institutional investors worldwide for both new and existing clients
• Acquisition of new investors , including identifying promising investor groups and markets in Germany and abroad, including emerging regions
• Development and implementation of strategies for successful expansion into new markets
• End-to-end relationship management from first contact to continuous support together with our internal team
• Preparation, conducting and follow-up of investor meetings , presentations, and documentation
• Presenting and explaining our products and projects to investors
• Representing us at trade shows and conferences to expand our network and strengthen the brand
• Close collaboration with internal teams (project management, finance, management) to ensure smooth communication and high service quality

Your profile

• Experience in Sales, Fundraising or Investor Relations , ideally with institutional investors or within the renewable energy sector
• A true hands-on mentality , willingness to take on both strategic and operational tasks
• A skilled communicator , who adapts quickly to different target groups, with a high intercultural competence
• Ability to work independently, proactively, and in a solution-oriented manner
• Willingness to travel internationally
• Very good MS Office and general digital communication skills
• Very good command of spoken and written English, and ideally German
• Team-oriented mindset and the ability to collaborate across departments
• High flexibility, resilience, and adaptability in a fast-moving environment
