Program Manager - Cloud & AI

Location: Tokyo, Japan

About the Role:

Our client-a global leader in mobility innovation-is seeking a Program Manager to support a groundbreaking smart city initiative. This role is part of a team responsible for building and operating the foundational cloud infrastructure and shared applications that enable development across multiple teams. These include identity management, authentication and authorization, and IoT device management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage relationships with global and local stakeholders
• Define and document software and infrastructure requirements
• Create and maintain product requirement documentation
• Prioritize tasks and requirements effectively
• Lead project management efforts across multiple initiatives

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Approximately 5 years of experience in program management
• Proven experience managing global stakeholders
• Japanese ability is nice to have

Highly Desired Qualifications:

• Background in product management
• Experience in software development
