For our customer a major consultancy, we are looking IT Business Relationship Manager for a contract for April to November initially with a view to extend

Rate: 700-760 CHF per day
Location: Zurich, Onsite

How you can make an impact:

• Own and nurture strategic relationships with your assigned business partners.
• Collaborate closely with IT stakeholders including Service Management, Service Owners, Change Delivery, and IT Leadership.
• Understand how IT services are managed and maintained to better support business needs.
• Fully embrace and champion your assigned business line's strategy.
• Build and manage key stakeholder relationships, setting and managing expectations effectively.
• Identify and drive service improvement opportunities with both business and IT teams.
• Lead business analysis for idea and demand management.
• Coach business-driven IT projects through governance and delivery stages (waterfall methodology).
• Contribute to the ongoing development of the BRM team.
• Partner with Service Owners and Service Management to shape our service portfolio and lifecycle.

Who we are looking for

• Degree qualified or equivalent experience; ITIL and project management qualifications are a plus.
• Skilled at gaining credibility and trust across both business and IT teams.
• Comfortable multitasking and prioritising multiple demands.
• Diplomatic and persuasive, able to handle difficult conversations and confidently engage senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communicator, able to connect with technical and non-technical audiences alike.
• Passionate about technology with experience working within IT departments.
• Proven track record in stakeholder relationship building and management at various organisational levels.
